A third-generation lawyer, she founded A&Y Legal in 2025 to build a practice fluent enough in technology, content, and commerce to counsel the businesses shaping those spaces, not just the disputes that follow them. She has advised technology start-ups, digital-first enterprises, production houses, content creators, streaming platforms, food businesses, and FMCG brands on trademark portfolios and copyright enforcement, content licensing and talent agreements, OTT compliance, FSSAI licensing and labelling compliance, data breach response, and India's evolving data protection regime.

Her practice also covers general corporate matters, real estate transactions, Will drafting and estate planning, and investment transactions, giving clients one counsel across both their commercial and personal legal affairs.

Adv. Avi Airun is a practicing Advocate with experience in litigation, corporate and commercial matters, contractual advisory, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. He is based in Jaipur and manages the firm's matters in the region.

He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) with specialization in Energy Laws from UPES, Dehradun.

An alumnus of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Raunak Vuttsya also holds an Honours degree in English Literature from Aligarh Muslim University, reflecting a strong interdisciplinary foundation that enhances his legal reasoning and advocacy skills.

Raunak looks after the firm's matters across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and the wider NCR region, representing clients in complex and high-value disputes before courts, tribunals, and other adjudicatory forums. His practice spans civil, commercial, corporate, and criminal litigation, with a strong emphasis on nuanced legal strategy and effective courtroom advocacy.

His areas of practice include, inter alia, corporate and shareholder disputes, contractual and real estate matters, recovery and injunction proceedings, white-collar and economic offences, constitutional and writ matters, arbitration, insolvency and company law, banking and financial disputes, consumer and employment disputes, and proceedings before specialized tribunals and statutory authorities.

He regularly advises clients on pre-litigation strategy, contractual risk assessment, and end-to-end litigation management, with a focus on delivering practical and commercially sound solutions.

Udit Malik holds a B.Sc, M.Sc, LLB, and LLM, and is a registered Patent Agent, Trademark Attorney, and Plant Variety expert, with membership in the Delhi High Court Bar Association.

He is an intellectual property and commercial law practitioner with over thirteen years of experience spanning patent prosecution, portfolio management, licensing, technology transactions, enforcement, and litigation. He has held leadership roles across varied industries such as law firms, consulting organizations, and multinational corporations, including a global intellectual property leadership role at UPL Limited. In that capacity, he managed international patent portfolios and coordinated litigation and prosecution strategies across the United States, Europe, China, Japan, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.

He regularly advises clients on patent strategy, freedom-to-operate assessments, invalidity analyses, licensing transactions, and intellectual property portfolio management. He also appears before courts and tribunals to represent clients in intellectual property and commercial disputes, bringing together technical understanding and litigation strategy to address complex legal issues.
